Septic System – Design & Install

DHC Solutions Ltd is certified by Alberta Onsite Wastewater to Design and Install Private Septic Systems in the province of Alberta. We will work with you through from start to finish – from permitting to operational – to make sure your system is fully functional and built to Alberta Code.

First, we will visit your site and analyze your expected volume, elevations and soil type. We will apply to the proper authority for a permit and, based on your conditions, submit a design for approval. Once approved, we will finalize layout to maximize your yard or acreage and keep costs down. Once the location is finalized, we will strip topsoil and set aside for finishing. We will excavate earth to install your primary treatment tank and your drainage and dispersal piping in your field. We will then install the infrastructure required, backfill with appropriate material and replace your topsoil. We can easily dispose of any excess material and then fine grade and re-seed your topsoil. Within a few weeks, once the new grass sprouts, it will look as though we were never there. We will review every aspect of your private septic system (tank and field) and ensure you are comfortable and knowledgeable about its operation and maintenance. DHC Solutions Ltd. Is an Alberta Municipal Affairs Approved Designer and Installer for Private Septic Systems in Alberta. We will provide you with a Turn-Key Septic System Project. This service will include applying for permits, sampling your subgrade, design to meet Alberta Guidelines with cost saving options, procurement and installation of all materials, site restoration and grass seeding. If any settlements occur over the following season, I will be back to re-level and re-seed at no extra charge. I will also review the entire system with you and provide you with an Owner’s Manual which will discuss maintenance, operation, and long-term care.
